The next day we woke up to more amazing weather. We definitely could have stayed in Bol but we really wanted to see as much as possible while still taking time to relax. So, we took the ferry back to Split and started our journey to Dubrovnik. For the afternoon however, we stopped at Brala; a six km. string of beautiful beach in between Split and Dubrovnik. Oh, would I love a house on this beach! Beautiful Ocean one side with mountains cascading in the background. LOVELY! The water was unusually warm at this spot so we sat in the water for hours.
Just as the sun was setting we continued to Dubrovnik. Bosnia, does cut Croatia in half to have access to the sea, so I can say I have been through Bosnia – even if it wasn’t quite to the degree that we had planned.
