|  | | Canberra | | | | | We left the adrenaline filled Cairns on the 12th of May and after two flights arrived at the much more sedate Canberra.
We spent much of our time walking around the purpose built capital taking in the views and buildings around the lake, the shopping malls and the National Australian botanical gardens. In fact we walked about 15k's in our one full day in Canberra.
By the evening our feet ached and we sat in the bar underneath our hostel and sank a few well earned beers.
The next day we headed back to Sydney for our last few days in Australia and complete a few chores before flying out to New Zealand.
