Lions and Tigers!

Wow, I had the most amazing experience yesterday! I played with White Lion and White Tiger cubs and a huge orange Bengal tiger. I can't explain how fantastic it was! I'm now covered in scratches and a few cuts where they bit my, but it was great. I've got holes in my jeans and jumper but i don't care! They were so playful and bite playfully as they do with eachother. Just the sweetest things. I did it at the Zion Wildlife Gardens in Whangarei (pronounced Fangarey). Its a big cat sanctuary preserving the endangered cats. It also where the lion from the Chronicles of Narnia (voices and roars) is. He's called Zion. The Lion Man is very famous in Ireland and I've been told that his shows have just been aired in England in the past month. Look out for the program! Thats where i was!! I was the only on on my tour so i had ages to play with the cats on my own!!

After that we went to a Native Bird Sanctuary where we saw a talking Tui bird who had named himself woof woof and a quite little kiwi bird. The talking Tui sounded like a voice recording of a man who smoked. He mimicked the voice of his keeper!

Anyway, heading back to Auckland today and gonna meet up with Mette again. Then go out with Carolina tomorrow. Loving New Zealand as mugh as Oz i think!

xx
