over breakfast we asked for a key as we intended to make our way down to the nearest laundry and then spend the rest of the day repacking and planning the next leg of our trip, at this point we were informed that we could not have a key and that we would have to let them know when we were coming and going as they would be out all day (in other words they wanted us to go out for the day and stay out until the evening)we told them what we thought packed up our belongings and booked out, very disappointed at their attitude we had booked 2 nights but one was more than enough, we travelled on to the city of Bath and checked into the Ayrlington Hotel, the hotel was a magnificent Victorian house built of golden Bath stone and set in a splendid walled Oriental garden with views of the City and its medieval Abbey. The Hotel decor was a blend of English and Asian with antiques and artwork placed throughout the building, all fourteen bedrooms had an individual theme and were beautifully furnished, some with four poster beds and spa baths. We booked into the hotel for two nights with the hope that we can get another two nights if a room becomes available.
