Hey, so Joel and I just went to the Flor de Cana rum distillery and it was incredible! From the molasses dump to the control room(which monitors everything from temperature to alcohol content) to the bodegas with 6-7000 barrels of rum from as long ago as the 80s. to the bottling plant, it was so much fun and we got to taste all the products. We rented a car to get there and see some back country as it took a bit to get there otherwise. Today we're off to costa rica, some forest and some surfing after eating at the hilton, hilarious as we are both grungy and in our travel clothes. joel hasnt shaved in a week or so and my feet are filthy. i'll leave you with that image

hugs and such things

Dini and Joel
