Can I say I've been there?

2003-05-06, The Pas, Canada

On the way to Churchill, the train stopped at the town of The Pas, ancient mining area of the North of Manitoba. I wonder if I can say I've been there if I just went out of the train for some fresh air... The middle of great forests and plains, in a small town, with its grocery store, its bar and its church. Children playing, native Americans going on and off the train in the middle of the forest. I guess I've seen the country but I didn't stay, not really. So, then, why is my head full of images?
