Am in Quito doin last bits of visa. Took only an hr this mornin to wait so were out by 10. Just hav to go bak on Fri to collect it then on Mon hav to do some stuff but will go bak to Tena for weekend. Am here with Lisbed. Ivan ws gonna come but hes really ill. He has a fungal infection on his hands an feet- partly his own fault as he ws always pickin an I ws always naggin him not 2 not that he took any notice of course. He had back pains but theyve eased up. He also has a cold an a chupa... hmm how to translate, like a swellin from a bug bite on his foot an now cant walk. Poor thing!! :( Rang him earlier an he ws just lyin in bed. Wish I ws there to look after him. Hes had injections for the fungus an pills for the bak, hopefully hell b ok soon, might come up 2moro if hes better. Hes always workin tho thats the problem, doesnt look after himself properly.
Apart from that, everythings good. Cant believe only hav a month left, dont wanna go :(. But am thinkin of comin bak in Dec an maybe August too if can get enough money.
And my amazin mother has been raisin money for the choza we´re gonna build in Barrio Amazonas for a classroom for the kids, has raised 190 pounds so far which is $374 which truly goes a long way in this country since cost of livin is so low.
