Dim Sum was at a mall restaurant, 800 seat capacity. It too was full when we left, (again good sign). Surprised to say that this was one of the best Dim Sum we had while in Australia. We then went to the Australian Museum because it was free. Normally it's $10/each. And I'd be mad of I did pay. The most interesting thing was how they had built an addition to the museum. They left the original building intact and used it as an interior wall. We breezed through it in 1/2 hour.
I brought my handheld GPS so I could do a little geo-caching. I was only able to find one cache in Sydney, the rest seemed to be in parks where the area was roped off.We then made our way to Bondi Beach. It was a little cold to swim/surf. Water temp was 69 F. That's why all the surfers had wet suits. There was another small market there. It was a bit more for the alternative (hippy) clothing and stuff. On the way back we visited a Target which was in a mall and is totally different than in the US. The Targets in Australia are more like a regular department store like Macy’s.
