It's funny, really. I am home; my family surrounds me with warmth and love. Yet, my family continues to grow, extending to the very edges of this small world. Right now...I'm pining for the home and family I just departed. I found such warmth and love among my peers and their families in India, in Johnson house with the ever-changing community of visitors and volunteers, in the faith community that continues to uplift my spirit and among my friends and supporters from my home (MN, KS, MO, WI, FL, NY, MD, Costa Rica, Mexico, and now India) and university. Can I be any more blessed? So, where is home for Jillian? Home is that special place built by relationships, committment and love.
