People! How r things? High time for another instalment from ur travel loving, responsiblity dodging, career ignoring compadre Rystar, The V.Man, Jim Carrey himself, bringing u hot news from the land of fire and ice!
Let me break it down into teensy bite size chunks for u to digest, rather than the usual university size essays I write, though Im sure that Im in danger of producing another of those right now, see, Im doing it right now, just writing and writing and not really getting to the point until the last moment, because u know me, I like to be descriptive and give u the kids the wider picture, the panoramic view, the scoop, as it were.
Let me Craig David (Fill u in) on the weeks highs and lows. HI- The quality trip to the Blue Lagoon, complete with guys whipping each other in the mens locker room, not with towels, but with insanely wet shower curtain! The time at the lagoon was top banana, second time The V has been, the reason we went is because my work won this trip so all my colleagues were there. LO- The absolute barrage of sh1t I get from some girls here, everything I say seems to be taken the wrong way by some people, which is ridiculous, cos u all know the V loves ya. HI - The result of free food at this beauty deserted log cabin my boss took us all to after the lagoon, 30 people just nestled into this cabin in the middle of nowhere, stars as bright as u like, and throwing sweets at each other to let off the proverbial steam. LO - The absolute barrage of sh1t I got from some girls here, due to the fact that by throwing sweets, I was "flirting" and "asking for it". HI - Going home after the lagoon trip to see my housemates and chat with them till silly o clock. LO- The absolute barrage of sh1t I got for not going to the afterparty with colleagues - I had had a gutfull! HI - Icelandic school goin great, well funny ripping the mick out of this one guy in there. LO - Its only twice a week. HI - Loads of workouts been done, swim and gym goin great. HI - The beauty weather, we are in snow and its real winter. LO - Most embarrassing thing ever, The usually surefooted V.Man meets the ice in front of a stunning lady in the city, she laughed, I cried, we spoke, but we wont be doing that again after she saw me lose every last shred of dignity. HI - Living with the housemates is class, really funny. LO - Cant find any trainers in this crazy town that will fit me, however, help is at hand, Dale sending me some kicks over from merry old England.
In other news, it looks like Im gonna be heading to Italy this summer for a holiday, get some sun, and more long term, I have to decide soon if Im gonna stay here, keep travelling somewhere else, or return back to Blighty to study. Who knows, lets leave it up to the Gods. No fate but what we make. Thanks to all of u who r mailing Lew and I on our seperate journeys, we appreciate the support, adn keep those guestbook msgs coming team so I know u are all still living!
In conclusion, Iceland is a land of contrast! Im loving this place, having a great time, all I will say is, I´m not gonna get involved with any girl here, unless shes the one (Robbie Williams, or is that Robin Williams?).
