Arrived in Airlie Beach on the 20th, where we stayed at Bush Village Backpackers for 3 nights. Spent time here chilling out by another man-made lagoon! Lots of Hollywood actors in town as they are filming out at the Whitsundays - afraid to say I didn't spot any!
Took a boat trip out to the Whitsundays, which would have been even better if it was less windy. Sights of Whitehaven Beach, Daydream Island and Hamilton Island are enough to bring me back here sailing:) Did some snorkelling (making good use of my own snorkel and mask!) which was the best yet - saw a turtle that I quickly named Raphael!
