Profusely I apologize for my lack of communication!
Show time is a period in which if you have the rare chance to sleep for more than 3 hours you simply collapse into bed with stage makeup, hairspray, costume and all! Well not the sweaty costume, I left that at the theatre...I received a shock when I stumbled into the bathroom today and in the mirror found a woman with 2 black eyes and hair standing straight up!
My first official performance with a professional modern dance company was yesterday night. Up until today I was so busy(and so tired) that that fact hadn't sunk in. Pre-show excitement and nerves had lost a victim due to lack of sleep. However this afternoon when I arose I got a double espresso dose of both! Luckily it's not too late, there is another show tonight and I can't wait!
