LEMON SQUARES Base: 2 c. flour 1/2 c. icing sugar sifted 3/4 c. butter, sofftened Combine flour and icing sugar. Cut in butter and mix until it's crumbly. Press into a greased 13 x 9" pan. Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden. Filling: 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1/3 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. flour 1 t. baking powder sifted icing sugar Beat all ingredients together, except the icing sugar, until smooth and light. Pour over base. Bake at 325 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set and golden. Cool. Before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar
