When In Italy...

When we weren't in class, we got to do a lot fun explorations. One day we went to a cheese factory and a salami factory. It was really fun and we got to learn how dedicated the Italians are to their jobs, the men in the cheese factory work 6 days a week!

It was wonderful how involved families are there, the salami factory was family run. It was a really interesting and a nice way to learn about food, family and culture in Italy.
