[if you do come, don't waste your time with 'the beatles story' located at albert dock. Its a waste of time and money....the tour however was run by a different group and worth it.]
The tour… In the afternoon we took the Beatles Magical Mystery Tour, departing at 2.30pm from the Beatles Story Exhibition and finishing two hours later at the Cavern Club. The tour is presented by an expert guide on a vintage 1960s coach identical to the coach used in the 1967 film Magical Mystery Tour. The tour visits over 30 sites, including the Beatles’ former homes, schools and birthplaces; Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields. During the tour they played and we sang all our favourite Beatles songs. Great day…..Love the beatles.
