Although it seemed like I was waking up just about on the hour, every hour all night, I felt refreshed and rested when I finally got out of bed this morning at 4:30 a.m. It was still dark outside and a little chilly so I closed the window I had left open in my hotel room and hopped in the shower to get ready to go to the Iasi Airport. I was all set and ready to go by 5:25. After checking out of my room and paying the gal at the desk for the Mountain Dew I drank in the room, I walked out the front entrance to an awaiting cab that had me to the airport in about 15 minutes. There was a small crowd of people (maybe 20) that were already gathering inside the terminal, but I sped right through check in with my bags and walked over to the Tarom ticket window to get my boarding pass. The man only glanced at my ticket and issued me a seat assignment and boarding pass but never charged me the $100 fee that they told me about at the office yesterday. So I said nothing walked upstairs to the waiting area with about an hour left to kill before departure.
