I'm about to take off for the ferry; after one of those lets-pack-because-I-can't-sleep-until-4-in-the-morning things, I'm good to go. It's a nice day, and I'm hoping the weather will be stable enough to spend most of my time on the deck of the boat.
The past few days, I've been saying goodbye to the friends I've made here, and this morning I got about 10 hugs from the sis. It's nice to have ended up enjoying my time here (it was a little touch and go in the beginning), since all in all, it was good. Thanks for keeping in touch.
My next few weeks will be spent catching up with people in Bellingham, and I'll be hanging out with my Mom and Dad for a few days, too. After that, I'm headed to Seattle to live with my friend Shippy, hopefully on Queen Anne somewhere. I'll be moving October 1st. Since I won't be traveling extensively or living in places like Ketchikan, I'll have to put the blog to bed; but, please think about coming to visit. And, I love talking about potential future adventures.
