|  | | Dinner Party | | | | | Today was a very busy day. We woke with the intention of going to Ikea and than going to Cathy's school to set up her classroom. She ended up staying at Gale's house for a while collecting books..we were on a short time leash going to ikea because cathy was supposed to meet up with her friend at the flea market. I have already heard stories about Ikea thru my friend Richard. Everything he said was true. People just wandered with no real direction and ofcourse in no hurry. We somehow managed to get through there in a relitivally short amount of time..but than she had to get a receipt for her tax records somewhere else..that took the same amount of time that it took for us to shop..finally we dropped cathy off at the flea market and I picked up amy and we headed to the fabric market to pick up my clothes. I was using wonderful amy for her chinese. We picked up my coats and they were beautiful..I picked up my shorts and jeans and they were ok..the dress was a little difficult..it took him about 30 mins to fix it and it was cheap stitching because he rushed through everything...all in all it was a good experience and if I lived here or when I come back I will get everything made! Amy and I decided to get our hair washed. I rushed out at 7pm because Christeene's dinner party was at 730. I wore my new dress with my new pearls. We left and I had a major headache from the wine..no wine ever again!
