Here goes, Missed the fires in Canberra; at the last minute decided not to go there not realizing that there were fires all over the city. Went to visit friends in Sydney and had a great time and saw different parts I couldn`t see without a car; Watsons Bay, Balmoral beach, and others. Flew to Wellington Nz and the landing was some thing to experience; they have to land on one side of the wheels and let the plane kind of flop down for a 3 point landing never before except on small planes had i ever felt a plane get whipped around like that! Took the ferry to the south island. Stayed in Picton then want to Kaikaura, Christchurch, Lake Tekapo, and now temuka. Have done some hiking, fishing(no luck), swimming, and visiting with friends. Saw some seals and a lot of snowed-capped mountains
