Well, it's been an interesting turn of events here in Kastelli. We found out why we were brought here and all we can say is that God is faithful. We have had a really tough few days which I won't get into right now but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else in the world. God is doing amazing things in our lives and in the lives around us.
I have come to my senses and now realize I can't be doing stupid things for crazy stories. Life is too valuable to take the chance of losing it for the sake of a good story. I now know that I should be looking for God stories, like the ones from this week, not Adam stories like the mo-ped.
As it stands now, we feel our time here in Crete is nearly done. We have a few people we must see before we leave and we'll be traveling around the island in a car for the next 3 days before heading back to Athens. Santorini is really on Christina's heart so we'll see if we end up there for a day or 2. We feel we're being led to Italy to hopefully work in a vineyard or something of the sort.
Although I don't want to get into stories at the moment, rest assured that all 5 of us (including Bethany who joined us 5 days ago) are fine. None of us have been hurt by any means, although a drunk Sudanese man followed a few of us home and was banging on our door to get in last night. He broke a few glasses and overturned our outside table but we are all fine. Hopefully that was just the end of a tough week.
