Hey all!

One email for all because internet costs a small fortune here...and the power keeps going out...this is my third attempt at writing this haha.

Flight from Mtl was great, lots of turbulence, which I love haha. I was smiling the whole way. First night in Montego Bay, the hotel was beautiful and really cheap. The people are very very nice. There are very few white people here in the summer. I had my first jerk chicken on the beach...fantastic!!! the beer is only $2 in restaurants and 50 cents in supermarkets! Red Stripe is the beer of choice.

The first day we woke up to perfect blue skies and headed to Doctor's Cave beach...it was like jumping into a postcard!!! Kim tanned on the beach the whole day, I did some tanning, but mostly I snorkeled out on the reef...which was absolutely insanely beautiful! A perfect coral reef! There are big trampolines out in the water too which are fun to dive off of heh heh. The water is perfectly clear/turqoise, and the sand is perfectly fine, white and soft. Amazing!

The second day I woke up with a wicked sunburn...it's painful just to wear a shirt haha. Damn Kim & her phillipino skin...she's barely burned!! We rented the absolute funniest looking car ever, a 2001 Hyundai Atos Prime, bright red, and drove the coast from Montego Bay to Negril. Negril is stunning...7 miles of perfect beach give way to huge cliffs on the ocean. We are going cliff diving tomorrow! Right now Kim's holed up in the hotel and I've finally got time for internet because it's started thunderstorming around 2pm. I think it will be wet all evening, so we're just going to drive around and relax. Tomorrow will probably be sunny again, for more beach time heh.

-We met five two-week old kittens at a roadside restaurant today! so cute! got lots of pics.
-The weather is hard to get used to...so hot...but I can't complain! There are goats on leashes at the roadside EVERYWHERE hahahah. lots of cows donkies and horses on the road too :p -There are lizards evvvvverywhere haha. Haven't seen a parrot yet...but I'm looking!

Got to fly now, but I'll keep y'all updated later in the week!

Having an absolute blast!!!
Daniel :)
