Sorry for the delay in posting. I needed a week or so to get adjusted to being back. Thank you all for checking into the journal while I was away. I was so fortunate to be able to take this trip by myself but still feel so connected to home.
My 3 weeks in Veracruz were really life changing and aside from learning a lot about the spanish language, Mexican (Veracruz) culture and people, I learned so much about myself, and that is something that I wouldn't trade for the world. I'm hopeful that immersion trips will become something I do as often as possible. I'm adding a few more pictures to the site.
