So Italy plays the US tomorrow in the World Cup, and I really do not know which team to cheer for.......I know I have never been a big fan of soccer, but it is a big deal here. Classes are going well and I am still learning something new everyday so that is good. I am starting to miss Dallas and my family and friends, but it is more of a I wish they could be here kind of thing. I went to the Basilica of Our Lady Of Guadalupe in Mexico City, it was a great trip for me to make. Our Lady of Guadalupe is the Patroness of the Americas, so it was neat to be there where it all happened, and see the church that was bulit on the hill where Our Lady appeared to Juan Diego. They even have the place where Juan Diego lived, which has been turned into a chapel. The new and old Basilica are beautiful, and being less that twenty feet away from the orginal mantel worn by Juan Diego and containing the image of Our Lady was an breath taking experience.
