Biking once again in search of the bone carving village of Tampaksiring. I rode my motorcycle this time right to Tampaksiring. It was a nice and beautiful ride. I spent the morning looking at and choosing some really nice quality bone carvings to use in my jewelry. One of my favorites is the face of a man mixed with bear… very cool. My only problem is I only have 8 days to get the silver/copper work done. There is never enough time. I have thought a lot about living in Bali for a year on this trip as I contemplate graduating and moving to Colorado. The lure of this exotic island and the temptation to be a local for a while is high. however, all this exotic joy comes at a price... I have forty new mosquito bites on my legs with welts the size of quarters I missed the mosquito lotion at my panty line so all the bites are in this small section I missed. I need a spray booth.
