Thank you Juan!

This journal goes out to all my Welsh friends! I think you'll all be very proud that I managed to bring a part of Wales to Cusco! And how did I do it . . .

Well I told the lovely Juan about Queen Emma Day in Wales. All I told him was that it was a celebration for anyone called Emma from Wales! And as he owns a bar he said he wanted to have a party! I was thinking just a few ballons and, of course, free drinks for Queen Emma! But it got big!

Juan insisted that we had to make this party bigger and better than any other club in town. So we had a meeting with his partner and decided on having posters up all around town, a massive 3X4 meter Welsh flag hung out side the bar, hats designed especially for the event, hundreds of balloons, sweets and free drinks for me and my chicas!

So the big night arrived and was a massive success! There were even ques outside to get in - and everyone wishing each other a 'Happy Queen Emma Day'! It was amazing, everyone in my hats having a good night out! We threw sweets from the bar, the crowd were loving it! And of course foam fighting, a must on Queen Emma Day!

All the other bars were so annoyed that they didnt celebrate this special day - but I have been promised bigger and better parties next year! Haha!

So thank you Juan for making me feel at home and having an amazing Queen Emma Day party for me!
