Hello to everyone,

This my last day here. Tomorrow I travel to the coastal city of Hull, east of hear about an hour on the train. I am taking an overnight ferry to Holland and I will stay there for a day or so and then take an overnight train to Copenhagen to arrive on the morning of the 21st. I will just check later of that day or early evening to meet up with Dad and Beulah at their hotel. If all goes according to plan I will be right on time. I am sleeping on the ferry and have a breakfast booked for the next morning. I am looking forward to this new part of the trip.

Well today I had 3 things I wanted to do but it turned out I only had time for two. I spent over three hours enjoying the history of the York Cathedral and then went to a beautiful house called the Treasurer's House. Both were great and they have both got connections to the Romans who arrived here as far back as to, I think , 70 AD. Constantine was the Emporer around 306 AD here. Well I just got the notice that this place closes in a couple of minutes. My luck with the internet places has been unusual. Not like home that is for sure !!.

Well by for now and till next time, Dan
