Since I am having such a hard time catching up with where we are ow, I think I am going to fast forward through cusstoms in Israel and move us to Athens, where we arrived on Monday night, late. We are staying in the center of Athens. After we finally collected ourselves on Tuesday morning we headed out with our guide, Mina (short for Assimina which is my niece's name--Jon's brother Jimmy's daugher. Mina is a Greek woman (practicing Greek Orthodox) woman. She is short--proably about 5.0 inches and quite wide. She puffs going up hills and is a smoker--which doesn't exactly set her apart from the other Greek citizens--the smoking I mean.
The first place we went with her was to the ancient city of Corinth. On the way we stopped to look at the (I'm going to finish later as this keyboard refuses to work properly--so much for inernet access in our hotel room!)
