Here I am, just arrived at the Island of Murano.

Since long time ago i found myself amazed with the colored glass created in this little but beatiful island.

Murano is just outside Venice (20 minutes by regular vaporetto (water bus) from Fonte Nove) and has some glass factories and a lot of stores.

I managed to visit one glass blowing factory but no shopping! ;-((

After this visit, i got back to Venice and got lost around S.Marcos Piazza just looking to the excellent shop windows!!! narrow alleys in random directions, water and stone! Inclined walls and a lot of churches! eh eh

The food and wine always perfectly presented and also a lot of Carnival masks and Murano Glass!

It's like a dolls world in a bigger size! i loved it.

one last thing: food and drinks are very expensive (even comparing with Roma that is not that cheapp neither).
