Well, I'll edit this over the next couple of weeks as I get the chance, but having recently got back from Albania it seemed unfair that such a beautiful country was without an entry.
Flying out of London Heathrow at an ungodly hour of the morning (I left home at 4.30am) the team of us felt excited about going to Albania. For some of the group (Eric, Helen, Jo & Will) this wasn't their first time but for Clare (my wife), Katie and me it was.
The journey to Tirane was fairly uneventful (a transfer at Budapest) and from there we were met at the airport by Beni and Irma (our hosts) before getting a minibus up to Puke (its pronounced pooka by the way).
We were there for 10 days and had a great time. As said, I'll fill this in over the next week or two and also add in some photos (I came back with over 250!!)
