4th of September:
My first real day. Still suffering from jetlag, Woke up at 5, that would be 11 in Norway. Decided I might aswell leave early, since a 7 hour drive was awaiting me. Left at 6.30, and arrived in Memphis at 12.30. I entered a new timezone, so that meant that 9 became 8 just by crossing a line. Weird.
I’m satisfied with my car. A Mitsubishi Mirage. Nice stereo, which is used ALL the time.
Stuff
- Something I haven’t seen befor is huge mobile homes with regular cars hanging behind!
- I’m definitevely in the South. They have the slang like ”Everythang” og ”Y’all”
- Outside my hotel there is a park, which is really beatifull. Complete with a lake and all. In Norway this would be full of people, here it doesn’t seem as anyone has EVER been.
