So, yes, I had a monkey stuck in my hair today. After our project, Anna and I stopped at Javierīs house to see his little pet monkey Junaita...his sister found the monkey on the street last year and took it home and now itīs Javierīs pet. Well, anyway, its tiny, and crazy, and jumping around, and got stuck in my hair when it jumped on my head. Really funny. Then we fed it our ice cream cone. Fun day in the neighborhood!
I also built my first stove all by myselfffff! Seems happy, but its really sad, because it means half our wonderful stove team wasnīt there...Evan is done with ProPeru as of last week =( and Julie isnīt back from her hike yet =( But it was fun still, and not hard because the guy whoīs house it was had built one before and knew what we needed to do.
Yesterday was fun because I went on a picnic with my family, because they wanted to let the dogs run around. It was fun, we had nice weather, and good food (mangoessss mmm yummyyyyy)
Oh, AND we moved this weekend, the new house is very cool and big and close to everywhere I need to go in town. Although, everything is really close here. But it is very nice and I like it very much, sad to be leaving it in a week (although we do not yet have water or lights...those are only the details in a house I guess?? haha)
