Back in the States again. My 5th time already. Loving every minute of it as usual. There is something about this country that makes me feel at home, while there is still lots of new and exciting things to see and do.
The flight went ok, although it was the longest one I have had over here so far, and the landing was a bit rough as well. Sat next to some other Norwegians, about the same age as myself, on the flight. They were obviously first-timers and soooooo excited. I kinda smiled to myself listening to them. So naive. hahahah
I slipped through the airport without major problems, it was by far the friendliest airport I have visited in the US. Not the usual, creepy questions, but rather a nice old lady. The customs guy was going to pull me aside, but the he saw my passport and said “Oh you are norsk! Takk, takk, you may go.
Picked up my rental car from a VERY nice man. He was just service minded all the way. I think Enterprise have made me a loyal customer.
