The streets are normally pretty deserted by 9.30/10pm here, which is odd for a city! A shot from our hotel roof - typical India - something Beautiful with a bit of shit in the way! One of the fountains at the Brindavan Gardens near Mysore in Karnataka state, India It's still a beautiful place. I really loved it here. If they leave the buildings half finished then they don't have to pay tax on them! The city looks alive - but there is no one around! Mysore by night! I thought this looked like it was a picture in a frame!

Houses i quite liked! more paints and some chewy things they wrap in leaves with other flavourings for healing colds! Pomegranates More garlands Paints - don't they look great! These are mainly used in festvals Garlands and garland makers - they hang these on everything from cars to random buildings & shrines! More fruit and veg - i've put nearly all the photo's on - well i thought they were exciting! under tarpaulin roofs!
Fruit and veg neatly piled high... Welcome to the Mysore Market...Root ginger on the floor! The coch park at the botanical gardens! No camera allowed unless you pay an extortionate fee! We were blessed in the Shiva Temple Another temple - but i am afraid i don't remember the name! We didn't stay long - but I had o get a photo! and a couple getting wed!!!! Not sure i'd be comfortable with that! Strangers milling about! we were allowed in here, there was a woman praying and...
St Philomena's Church is very photogenic Not sure what his name is! A cow eating rubish again! Sri Chamundeswari Temple on Chamundi Hill And we begin our sightseeing tour of Mysore...with the Art Museum - no camera's allowed inside! and against the window bars too! Just for a laugh - another laundry day - the wardrobe wasn't heavy enough so had to put our bags in! The party died out early so we went back to the hotel roof for a quiet 'do' of our own!
The disco! some of which were a bit crazy - don't think they get out much! We made some new friends... and it sounded like the hotel opposite was having a disco - so we went! I'm actually deciding what we should do for the evening... Our dinner guests! none of each please corns
