Both the cane and corn harvests were coming in through town -- streets were dusty and crowded!
There are 2 hospitals that travel in the area. Money for trucks, surgeons, etc. comes from Spain.. 2008-12-05, San Miguel, El Salvador. The Cultural Museum was closed, but we met a doctor who is working with a hospital without walls.. 2008-12-05, San Miguel, El Salvador. The houses were pretty on the outside, and VERY simple on the inside. People were friendly.. 2008-12-05, San Miguel, El Salvador.
