Bay of PlentyA 2 day sortee to the Bay of Plenty and the Coromandel on the East Coast before we go to Auckland for a couple of days. Probably New Zealands best beach area stretching up the coast. We stop off at a few before settling in at firstly Whatamanga and then Whitianga.

Views to die forToday we woke up at 7:30 to leave to Whitianga ( pronounced fitianga) about 3 hours out of Auckland. Traveling here we passed mile after mile of green mountains towering and sometimes passing through the cloud. Breathtaking.
