Maori Village visit

On Wednesday, we visited a Maori village in Rotoroa called Whakarewarewa. No, I don’t know how to pronounce it. We were shown the hot pools and mud pools in the village, all steaming and bubbling. Tuesday was another early start as we had to travel for two hours to get to the Waitomo caves. It was a scenic journey though, past the hydrothermal vents in Rotoroa and a dam.
