Monoliths and bus-related misadventure
Having at last managed to leave Brighton, I went to Salisbury, a small modern town with frighteningly ancient buildings. It's one thing to see a cathedral that was built 800 years ago, it's quite another to see houses and pubs of that age... amazing.
