Pain and a half Porlock to Lynton

Ow ow ow. I am in so much pain. I want to rub some deep heat into my shoulders but I can't lift my arms up far enough. Why woudl anyone do this walk. The truth of the weight of my bag has hit me today. I reckon if I can carry it for another 2 days I could manage for the rest of the time but I don't know if I'll last 2 more days. I felt like crying today...
