I spent the last night in Japan in a capsule hotel. Part laundry mat, part dog kennel, part morgue and part hotel. The capsule was about 6 feet long and about 4 feet wide with a tv, radio and that was it. There are common baths, showers, toilets and chain smoking Japanese men.
