FAQ How do I book online? 1. Use the accommodation search box to enter destination, arrival date, number of nights etc. Click the “Search” button and you’ll be directed to a page with available properties. 2. Click on a hotel name to see property description, pricing and availability. 3. Choose room type and number of guests. 4. Click on “Book Now”. 5. Verify that the information displayed is correct. 6. Enter your personal and payment details. You’ll need a credit card to make a booking online. 7. Click ”Confirm” and wait for your booking confirmation How many guests can I book and for how many nights? You can make a reservation for a maximum of 10 persons for 7 nights if not otherwise stated on the property’s information page. What happens to the 10% deposit? 1. When booking 10% of the charge for the stay plus a USD 2 booking fee is debited you credit card 2. These fees will not be refunded to you when you arrive at the hotel. 3. The remaining 90% of the cost are due to the hotel at your arrival. 4. The 10% deposition is strictly non-refundable as per the terms and condition you ticket to agree to when you made the booking. These conditions must be confirmed and agreed to before a booking can be made. Does the name on the booking need to be the same as on the credit card? No. If you don’t have your own credit card you can use someone else’s card, given you have permission to do so. Is my credit card safe when booking? Yes, the booking system uses Verisign for secure data transmission and all information is encrypted and sent directly to the hotel / hostel. Can I book without a credit card? No, the booking function only allows for online booking with a credit card.
Can I get contact info and or directions to a property before I book. No. Each property has its own booking page with information on facilities and where it is located. After the booking has been made a confirmation page with all contact details will be displayed. An email with this information will also be sent to you. I haven’t received my booking confirmation, what do I do? 1. After clicking the ”Confirm” button it can take up to a minute before the confirmation is displayed. 2. The confirmation is also sent to your email address. It’s therefore important that you enter the correct email address when booking. 3. Depending on the nature of the Internet and possible problems in different email system the confirmation email may not reach your inbox. If so happens please contact us and we’ll resend the confirmation.
I want to cancel my booking. How do I do that? 1. If you want to cancel you booking you must contact the hotel / hostel directly, using the contact details supplied on the booking confirmation. The deposition and booking fee will not be refunded. 2. Canceling must be done at least 24 hours before arrival. If this is not done your credit card may be debited for the first nights. What do I do if I want to make changes to my booking? 1. You must contact the hotel / hostel directly, using the contact details supplied on the booking confirmation too see if they can amend your reservation. 2. You might need to cancel your reservation and make a new one. When canceling the deposition and booking fee will not be refunded. What happens if I don’t check in and don’t contact the hotel? Your credit card will be charged for the first nights and any remaining days will be canceled. The deposition and booking fee will not be refunded.
On my booking confirmation the arrival day is the same as departure day. Is this correct? If you only book one day only reservation dates are shown and not departure day. |
